HOW THIS WORKS

Times are changing.
In every area and in every industry- largely due to the advancements of technology. More people are working from home, more people are using technology to sell, shop and discover the world around them.
What hasn't changed throughout the years is the way real estate charges for their services. Typically the selling agent and the buying agent each charge 3%, making the total fees on average, 6% on the seller. Realtegrity offers the same services for the seller but at only 1%, while still giving the buyer's agent 3% (on average) . Besides the great relationship that we thrive to have with our fellow realtors, this also keeps other realtors from avoiding doing business with us.What this looks like for a $300,000 home: An average savings of $6,000...in your pocket, not ours. FAQ'S

Q: How are you profitable if you only charge 1%?
A: We don't spend on what we don't need so our costs are focused on being client driven. Do we need a big building to work efficiently? Nope. We don't have the overhead of working for a large company/franchise with their fees and commissions. We've learned that what really matters is to keep it simple and efficient and technology allows us to do just that.
Q: What's the catch?, Are there any hidden fees?
A: There's no catch, it's that simple.
Q: Do other realtors avoid doing business with you?
A: Over my 20 years, I pride myself on my relationship with everyone that I've worked with. I don't discount their fees, only mine. They're paid their normal commissions to bring buyers to our listings.
Q: What about open houses or printed marketing like flyers?
A: We stay up to date on the newest study's. Among all ages, open houses account for only 1% and printed marketing accounts for only 1% of all home sales. It's not an efficient way to utilize time and another reason why we can keep our commissions down.
